Thank you for choosing our cabin plans! 

We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your cabin plan purchase, we’re here to help.

 

Refund Eligibility

Since our products are digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been accessed. However, we understand that issues may arise, so we offer refunds in the following cases:

✔ Accidental duplicate purchases

✔ Files that are defective, corrupted, or incomplete

✔ Technical issues preventing access (despite troubleshooting)

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve issues quickly.

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at americanarchitects.cabinplans@gmail.com with:

✔ Your order number

✔ A brief explanation of the issue

✔ Screenshots (if applicable)

We will review your request and respond within three working days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
